Finishing options

Standard finishing

This is a no-frills option that comes with all the standard features you would expect in a home. If the client opts to build with SEBs, the house displays the natural aesthetics of stabilized earth bricks to show the natural beauty of these bricks. As a result, it is not plastered. Clients who opt to build with cement blocks will have their house plastered automatically. Standard finishing is ideal if you want to build a house for rent in order to keep costs low, or if you are building a house in the village for your parents. (Scroll below for details.)

upscale finishing

This finishing is for anyone who wants a bit more refinement in the quality of their house. In this option, the house is plastered and painted to give a smooth, polished look. Higher quality 30 x 60 mm or 40x40mm tiles are used, together with better quality fixtures throughout the house. The ceiling in the living and dining rooms is also top quality lambris or staff, at the client’s discretion. This option is for the buyer with a good taste but a limited budget. luxury finishing

This option has refinement everywhere you look. It is for anyone with a discerning taste and the budget to match. Here, the house is also plastered and painted and features top quality fixtures throughout. The ceiling in the entire house is made of top quality staff or lambris – the choice is yours. The entire house is finished with 60×60 mm porcelain tiles. Both the kitchen countertop and backsplash are tiled and bathroom walls are tiled from bottom to top, and the roof is made of painted galvanized roofing tiles (“tôle tuiles”) while all windows are sliding and tinted.
