Each of our houses has the following characteristics:

What is involved at each stage

 
►Foundation

  • Digging of foundation to appropriate depth
  • Moulding of foundation blocks
  • Pouring of footing using concrete
  • Raising of foundation walls
  • Installation of rebar for reinforcement
  • Chaining of the entire foundation
  • Filling of foundation with earth

 

 ►Plastering

  • Using appropriate soft plastering sand (for upscale & luxury finishing)

►Installation of doors, windows & protectors

  • Installation of door frames and window frames (for standard & upscale finishing)
  • Installation of door shutters
  • Installation of protectors
 

►Raising of walls to roofing level

  • Moulding of stabilized earth blocks
  • Installation of rebar for vertical reinforcement
  • Raising of walls with the blocks
  • Installation of rebar for horizontal reinforcement at appropriate points
  • Installation of door and window frames (for standard and upscale options)

 

  ►Ceilings

  • Installation of noggins
  • Creation of the ceiling depending on the type ordered

 
►Plumbing

  • Plumbing of the entire house
  • Installation of plumbing fixtures

  • Concreting
  • Applying the appropriate type of tiles (depending on finishing level chosen)

 
►Roofing

  • Framing of the roof
  • Bracing

  • Painting of the entire house with 2 coats of paint
  • Painting of door frames
  • Painting of window frames (for standard and upscale options)
  • Varnishing of door shutters
