To sustain its growth, Eco Construction Cameroon is recruiting customer service representatives (CSR)<\/strong>. Our CSRs are responsible for the full range of customer service duties including handling calls, responding to client inquiries, guiding clients through the various phases of their projects, and invoicing.<\/p>\n

Applicants must have a university degree in any discipline, be fully bilingual (both oral and written), exhibit excellent writing skills, be at ease with numbers and have a mastery of social media. Web design skills will be an asset.<\/p>\n

Ideal profile sought:<\/strong>
\nAt least 2 years experience in a similar role.
\nTargeted training in digital marketing, social media or community management.
\nGood copywriting and storeytelling skills.
\nExperience in web design.
\nExperience in graphic design and video production will be an asset.
