OUR HOUSE PRICES
Each of the houses we offer comes with at least a living room, dining room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom,
a general bathroom, a kitchen and 2 verandas. Some have additional features. If you have your own custom plan, we will be pleased to present you a quote. All you have to do is get it to us. We can also design your custom plan and present you a quote.
For easy comparison, our prices are presented below for construction using stabilized earth bricks (SEB) and for using cement blocks. So the price you pay depends on the material you prefer for your project.

The prices below are subject to change without notice, so reserve your house without delay to lock in today’s prices. This shelters you from future prices increases. You pay today’s prices even if you finally finish paying for your house in 3 years.
minimum required
The construction of your house will start as soon as you pay 50% of the agreed cost. If you cannot pay 50% right away, all you need is a down payment of 5% of the project cost or 1 million FCFA (whichever is higher) to reserve your house and lock in today’s prices. You have up to 2 years to pay the 50% down payment.
LOAN OPTION
Can’t pay the full amount? No problem. You can take advantage of our loan option. We build your house and you reimburse the loan over 5 years. Here are the terms :
- You must have at least 50% of the cost of the project
- Maximum loan amount: 15 million FCFA
- The project must be a bungalow or duplex
- The project must be in an urban area
- You must have a land title
